Yes. The MO6.0 is designed for most side-by-sides, UTVs, and smaller off-road vehicles that need a strong, compact recovery winch.

Does the MO6.0 come with a winch plate?

Yes. The MO6.0 includes a heavy-duty winch plate with the fairlead mount built into the same unit. This makes installation cleaner and easier on many UTV and side-by-side setups.

Is the winch plate already coated?

Yes. The included winch plate is already powder coated and ready for installation.

What comes included with the MO6.0 winch?

The MO6.0 comes with the winch, synthetic winch line, billet aluminum fairlead, winch plate with fairlead mount, mounting hardware, control box, two wireless remotes, one corded controller, and a shackle.

Does it come with installation hardware?

Yes. The MO6.0 includes the installation hardware needed for the winch and included mounting plate.

Can the control box be mounted separately?

Yes. The control box can be mounted separately from the winch, which helps with cleaner installation and better packaging on tight UTV, SXS, and buggy setups.

Does the MO6.0 come with wireless remotes?

Yes. It includes two wireless remotes and one corded controller.

Does it come with synthetic winch line?

Yes. The MO6.0 comes with synthetic winch line already included.

Can this winch be used on a buggy?

Yes. Many buggy and rock-crawling setups use a compact winch like the MO6.0 for rear axle suck-down or suspension control. Always make sure the winch is mounted to a strong structural point and the line routing is correct.

Is this winch only for recovery?

No. While it works well as a recovery winch for UTVs and side-by-sides, it can also be used for buggy setups, rear pull points, axle suck-down systems, and other off-road applications where a compact 6,000 lb winch is the right fit.

Is the MO6.0 better for full-size trucks or UTVs?

The MO6.0 is best suited for UTVs, side-by-sides, smaller off-road vehicles, and buggy applications. For full-size trucks, Jeeps, Broncos, and heavier recovery use, we recommend stepping up to the MO10.0 or MO13.5 winch.
